Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
PullIQ (“PullIQ”, “we”, “us”) is a trading card scanner and collection app made by Radiant Global Enterprises. This policy explains what information the app and this website collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Information we collect
Your account
- Email address and password if you sign up with email. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash; we can’t see them.
- Sign in with Apple or Google: an identifier from Apple or Google, and the email and name they share with us. With Apple you can choose “Hide My Email”, in which case we receive a relay address.
- Name (optional) and birthday (optional), if you add them to your profile.
- Pricing region and currency you choose (for example United States or Europe).
You can use PullIQ without an account as a guest. Guest sessions get an account identifier on our servers so your scans work, but no email or name.
What you add in the app
- Your collection (cards, printings, quantities, condition, any notes or purchase prices you enter), collections/binders, wishlist and badges.
- Your saved code cards (Pokémon TCG Live codes) and whether you’ve redeemed them. These are private to your account.
Card photos
When you scan, the app sends a photo of the card (cropped to the card where possible) to our servers to identify it and look up its price. We record the result of each scan (which card it matched, how confident the match was) so you can see your scan history and so we can improve accuracy. We don’t keep the scan photos themselves, except as described next.
“Share scanner frames” is an optional setting (Profile → Help improve scanning). If you turn it on, the live scanner occasionally sends a camera frame and the card outlines it detected, which we use to train the scanner to find cards better. These frames are not linked to your account and are deleted after 120 days. Point your camera at cards only; avoid capturing people or personal documents.
Purchases
PullIQ Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment; we never receive your card or bank details. We receive information about your subscription (product, start and renewal dates, trial status, whether it’s active) through Apple and our subscription management provider, so we can unlock Pro for your account.
Device and technical information
- An app install identifier: a random code the app creates and keeps on your device. We use it to apply the free daily scan limit fairly across accounts on the same device. It isn’t your device’s advertising identifier and isn’t used for advertising.
- Crash reports and errors: what went wrong, your device model, iOS version and app version, linked to a random account identifier rather than your name or email.
- Usage analytics: information about how features are used (for example which screens are opened and whether the paywall was shown), linked to your account identifier, never your name or email. We don’t record your screen.
- Server logs: when the app talks to our servers we log the request (time, address, what was requested) to keep the service secure and working. These are kept for a limited time.
Website and support
If you use the support form, we receive your email address, name (if you give it) and your message, and use them only to answer you. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide the app: identify cards, show prices, save your collection and keep your account and subscription working.
- To keep PullIQ secure and fair, for example applying the free scan limit and preventing abuse.
- To fix problems and improve the app, including the accuracy of the scanner.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run PullIQ, and only what each needs to do its job. They’re bound by contracts that require them to protect it and to use it only to provide their service to us. They include providers of:
- Cloud hosting, databases and data storage
- Subscription and payment management (purchases themselves are handled by Apple)
- Sign-in services, if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google
- Crash reporting, performance monitoring and product analytics
- Customer support
Card details and prices come from trading card data services. We send them card lookups, not your personal information.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property and safety of PullIQ, our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information).
How long we keep it
- Your account and everything in it: until you delete your account.
- Shared scanner frames: 120 days.
- Support messages: as long as needed to help you, and then for a limited time for our records.
- Crash reports, analytics and server logs: for a limited period set by each provider, typically up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account anytime in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, collection, wishlist, code cards and scan history. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
- Edit your name, birthday and region in Profile.
- Turn off “Share scanner frames” anytime in Profile.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, through our support page. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, such as to object to or restrict processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. We’ll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
PullIQ isn’t directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is restricted. No service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
International users
Our servers are in the United States. If you use PullIQ from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
